几种新型屋面防水材料的性能和应用范围
使用的基层主要是混凝土现浇板或预制混凝土板及水泥砂浆找平层。有单独现场发泡的聚氨酯,既作为防水层,也作为保温层;有的作为其中一道防水层。

1 硬质发泡聚氨脂

硬质发泡聚氨酯可在多种屋面工程中使用。其使用的基层主要是混凝土现浇板或预制混凝土板及水泥砂浆找平层。有单独现场发泡的聚氨酯,既作为防水层,也作为保温层;有的作为其中一道防水层,同时又是保温层,与防水卷材或防水涂料复合;也有防水涂料、防水卷材、发泡聚氨酯3种材料共同复合形成防水保温层。坡屋面作法主要是在基层混凝土上发泡,再在其上挂瓦。这两种形式的屋面防水保温隔热效果都很不错,但由于硬质发泡聚氨酯耐紫外线辐射性能较差,施工使用时其上部必须设置保护层。平屋面工程中可与其他防水材料复合使用,将硬质发泡聚氨酪设置在防水层下部。从根本上解决平屋面保温隔热问题的方法是,在使用硬质发泡聚氨酯的屋面构造设计上采用结构找坡,尤其是现浇混凝土屋面。

双向拉伸是指在特定的高温下,聚氯乙烯片材在相互垂直的两个方向进行100%拉伸,使聚氯乙烯板材分子链得到重新有序的排列,从而使其分子的内聚力大增,明显地提高了板材的多种物理及机械性能。在拉伸前,先将防紫外线层与聚氯乙烯层共挤,再进行双向拉伸工艺处理,这就保证了防紫外线层均匀、密实地覆盖在板材表层,又与聚氯乙烯层完全融合。此工艺克服了普通聚氯乙烯板材在强度及耐久性方面的弱点,成为高档优质材料。

抗冲击力强(达1200kj/m2),为普通聚氯乙烯板材的2倍以上;抗冰雹力试验,石头直径30mm,不破碎;50kg重沙袋试验,能抵挡高度120cm(板厚1.2mm);可在-30oc的低温条件下使用;透光性能可达到90%(10年后可保持最初的80%);10年后抗冲击力>900kJ/m2;弯曲后的抗冲击力>500kJ/m2;耐腐蚀性强,不受大气、雨雪和化学试剂的侵害,不会被生物类吞噬;阻燃性能好,属建材难燃一级。
