防水工程施工方案
（一）地下室防水工程
(1) basement waterproofing works;
1、编制依据

根据北京市××建筑设计研究院设计的北京××工程的地下室防水工程设计图纸、《北京市地下室防水推荐做法》及本工程施工组织设计。

2工程概况
2 project overview
本工程ABCDE段为不上人屋面，(综合楼为上人屋面)ABD段屋面设计有暖沟，暖沟内及上部为聚氨酯防水，其它部位均为II型(4mm)APP卷材防水，设备层屋面为不上人屋面。
