新型聚合物水泥基防水材料市场上有两种：通用型GS防水材料、柔韧性JS防水材料。
There are two kinds of new polymer cement based waterproofing materials on the market: general GS waterproofing materials and flexible JS waterproofing materials.
通用型防水材料特点：
Universal waterproof material features:
1:由丙烯酸乳液和助剂组成的液料与由特种水泥、级配砂及特殊矿物质粉末组成的粉料按特定比例组合而成双组份防水材料。
1: the material consisting of acrylic emulsion and auxiliaries is composed of two kinds of waterproofing materials, which are made up of special cement, graded sand and special mineral powder.
两种材料混合后发生化学反应，既形成表面涂层防水，又能渗透到底材内部形成结晶体阻遏水的通过，达到双重防水效果。产品突出粘结性能，适用于家庭室内地面、墙面的防水。
After mixing the two materials, the chemical reaction can not only form surface coating waterproof, but also penetrate into the bottom material to form crystals to prevent water from passing through, thus achieving double waterproof effect. The product has outstanding adhesive properties and is suitable for waterproofing of indoor and outdoor walls.
柔韧型防水材料特点：
Flexible waterproof material features:
1:由丙烯酸乳液及精选助剂（液料）和优质水泥、配砂及胶粉（粉料）按比例组成的双组份、强韧塑胶改性聚合物水泥基防水浆料。将粉料和液料混合后涂刷，形成一层坚韧的高弹性防水膜，该膜对混凝土和水泥砂浆有良好的粘附性，与基面结合牢固，从而达到防水效果。产品突出柔韧性能，能够抵御轻微的震动及一定程度的位移，是建设部推广的新型绿色环保产品，主要适应于土建工程施工环境。
1: consists of acrylic emulsion and selected additives (liquid) and high quality cement, sand and rubber powder (powder) in proportion to the composition of two component, tough plastic modified polymer cement based waterproofing slurry. After mixing powder and liquid, a tough and high elastic waterproof film is formed. The film has good adhesion to concrete and cement mortar, and is firmly combined with the base, thus achieving waterproof effect. The product has outstanding flexibility and can resist slight vibration and displacement to a certain extent. It is a new green environmental protection product promoted by the Ministry of Construction and is mainly suitable for the construction environment of civil engineering.
适用范围
Scope of application
1：室内外水泥混凝土结构、砂浆砖石结构的墙面、地面；
1: indoor and outdoor cement concrete structure, mortar, masonry structure wall and floor;
2：卫生间、浴室、厨房、楼地面、阳台、水池的地面和墙面防水；
2: toilet, bathroom, kitchen, floor, balcony, pool floor and wall waterproof;
3：用于铺贴石材、瓷砖、木地板、墙纸、石膏板之前的抹底处理，可达防止潮气和盐份污染的效果。
3: It can be used to cover stone, tile, wooden floor, wallpaper and gypsum board before finishing, so as to prevent moisture and salt pollution.
基面（底材）处理：
Base surface (substrate) treatment:
1：底材必须坚固、平整、干净，无灰尘、油腻、蜡、脱模剂等以及其它碎屑物质；
1: Substrate must be firm, flat and clean, free of dust, grease, wax, demoulding agent and other debris.
2：面有孔隙、裂缝、不平等缺陷的，须预先用水泥砂浆修补抹平，伸缩缝建议粘贴塑胶条，节点须加一层无纺布，管口填充建议使用管口灌浆料填充；
2: If there are pore, crack and unequal defects on the surface, it should be repaired and smoothed with cement mortar in advance. Plastic strips should be pasted on the expansion joints, a layer of non-woven fabric should be added to the joints, and grouting material should be used to fill the nozzles.
3：阴阳角处应抹成圆弧形（或V字型）；
3: Yin Yang corner should be smeared with circular arc (or V).
4：确保基面充分湿润，但无明水；
4: ensure that the base surface is wet enough, but there is no clear water.
5：浇注的混凝土面（包括抹灰面）在施工前应让其干固完全。
5: casting concrete surface (including plastering surface) should be dry and solid before construction.
