水泥灰浆类适用于结构比较稳定的部位，其无毒无害无污染，可以直接在混凝土表面施工，并且粘结牢固，施工两小时之后就可以在上面直接铺贴瓷砖。缺点是成膜后缺乏弹性，会因为建筑的错位或沉降而影响防水性能。
