地下室防水施工
1、地下室防水施工：
1. Basement waterproofing construction:
地下室防水施工方案主要有：外防外贴法施工、外防内贴法施工 、离壁式衬砌防水施工等。
The basement waterproofing construction schemes mainly include: external anti-sticking construction, external anti-sticking construction, off-wall lining waterproofing construction, etc.
根据《地下工程防水技术规范》GB50108-2008，本建筑应有严格防水措施地下防水等级为一级。
According to "Technical Specification for Waterproofing of Underground Engineering" GB50108-2008, this building should have strict waterproofing measures underground waterproofing grade 1.
①、地下室外围护结构防水项目分为砼结构工程、抗渗砼结构自防水。地下室基础底板抗渗等级为0.6Mpa防水结构砼的配合比应通过实验室确定，抗渗等级应比设计等级高一级（0.2Mpa）。
The waterproofing projects of basement envelope structure are divided into concrete structure engineering and impermeable concrete structure self-waterproofing. The mix proportion of concrete for waterproof structure of basement foundation with impermeability grade of 0.6Mpa should be determined by laboratory, and the impermeability grade should be one grade higher than the design grade (0.2Mpa).
②、基础底板防水层为两道，采用卷材—涂料相结合防水方案。卷材采用1.5㎜厚三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材，防水涂料采用2㎜厚聚氨脂防水涂料。

③、地下室外围护结构除地下室外墙抗渗砼结构自防水外，同样两道防水层，采用卷材—涂料相结合防水方案,卷材采用1.5㎜厚三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材, 防水涂料采用2㎜厚聚氨脂防水涂料。防水层的保护层采用40厚聚苯板。侧墙保护层以外开挖1米以内采用2：8灰土分层夯实回填。压实系数>0.95。

④、地下室顶板不在上部建筑主体内时，顶板上应作防水，防水层同样采用卷材—涂料相结合防水方案，防水层保护层为50㎜厚C20细石砼。
(4) When the basement roof is not in the main body of the upper building, the roof should be waterproof. The waterproof layer also adopts the waterproof scheme of combination of coil and paint. The protective layer of the waterproof layer is 50_thick C20 fine stone concrete.
