本工程地下室底板，地下室外墙防水层两道。采用2㎜厚聚氨脂防水涂料，卷材采用三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材1.5㎜厚。
There are two waterproofing layers for basement floor and basement exterior wall of this project. A 2-inch thick polyurethane waterproofing coating was used, and EPDM waterproofing membrane was 1.5 inch thick.
1. 地下防水工程的防水层，均应在地基及结构验收合格后施工。

2. 地下室底板防水工程施工期间，地下水位应降至防水工程底部最低标高以下，不小于300㎜，直至防水工程全部完成为止。

施工顺序:基层处理 涂刷底层涂料 涂布第一道涂膜防水层 涂布面涂膜防水层 质量检查验收合格 进行下道工序卷材施工。
Construction sequence: Base treatment, brushing the bottom coating, coating the first film waterproof layer, coating the surface waterproof layer quality inspection and acceptance of qualified coil construction in the next process.
施工前应检查，基层要坚实具有一定强度，表面无浮土砂粒等污染物。基层应干燥，含水率应少于9%为宜。
Before construction, it should be checked that the base should be firm and have a certain strength, and the surface should be free of pollutants such as floating soil and sand grains. The base should be dry and the moisture content should be less than 9%.
涂布顺序应先垂直面，后水平面，先阴阳角及细部后大面每层涂布方向应顺直。
The coating sequence should be vertical first, then horizontal. The direction of each coating layer should be straight from the Yin-Yang angle and the detail to the large surface.
